Welcome - Coaching and Consultancy are closely aligned in practice. Both are focussed on helping my clients define their goals, how to work towards those goals themselves and then benefit from the results.

As a Life Coach I may help a person achieve a career change to enable them to benefit from a more meaningful work/life balance or engage in something they love doing with greater fulfilment and self-satisfaction, rather than just earning the next pay cheque. I help executives, new directors and C-suite newbies, cope with the rigours of good leadership, new direction and goal realisation.

 

In business consultancy, I help founders and young companies realise their dreams of becoming established through improved strategy, effective business operations and commercial success from revenue growth. For corporates, I help rationalise the sales operation and develop the skills of your sales people to align more effectively with revenue ambitions. I focus on selling value content at C-Levels supported with credible business cases and ROI analysis.

I have qualifications in Business Studies. My early career centered around project management in engineering in defence and government. I have been in IT software and services sales since 1980, most recently with international enterprise roles with IBM Corporation over nearly 20 years. However, I also have start-up experience on multiple occasions, including building my own businesses. Somewhere along the way, I became a professional chef and created and managed catering services companies.

All through this busy life, I have been training, coaching and mentoring great people to do great things with their lives and businesses.

 

I now mentor individuals in 1-2-1 coaching sessions as well as passing-on my expertise in these areas to start-ups, small and medium sized companies who need some outside help on an ad-hoc, short-term contract or interim basis.

Fun facts:  I still love cooking. I am in the kitchen every day. I am a fly-fishing enthusiast and I write books too.
