Commercial Readiness Assessment
This is the gateway to the entire Commercialisation journey.

It is a low-risk engagement that helps founders understand where they are today commercially, where they would like to be in the next 12 months and then to explore the gaps and plan what needs to be done next.

It's based on a simple scoring system that rates Current State and Desired State to give you a good idea of your preparedness for commercialisation. It takes you though a survey questionnaire format that asks you situational questions that you will recognise and applies a score or rating against where you position the company today and then again where you would like it to be in the near future.

This process helps determine whether your technology start-up is genuinely ready to enter the market, acquire customers and scale successfully. The assessment identifies commercial strengths, highlights gaps and provides a prioritised action plan before significant time and money are invested in sales, marketing or fundraising.

VALUE

At the end of the assessment, the founders will:

-
Understand their commercial strengths and weaknesses.
-
Know where the biggest risks lie.
-
Have a prioritised action plan.
-
Be clear on the next steps.
-
Decide whether they are ready to launch, seek investment or acquire customers.

This is a practical, evidence-based review—not a theoretical exercise.
