2.  Analysis & Insights

What's involved?

 

  • This is a half-day session that is paid for (currently £180) in advance

  • It enables us to take a deeper dive into your Current State vs Desired State

  • It's an open discussion and we might ask for your latest Income & Expenditure accounts

  • We need a good idea of the numbers involved

  • We also run a Growth Maturity Assessment Survey which asks for your responses to your views of status in 14 different business categories such as Cost of Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Operations for example

  • We will then have a pretty good idea of where you are and where you want to go to

  • Here we can test situations and ideas to come-up with viable solutions based on 'What-if' scenarios

  • We then take into the next stage to make recommendations
